The City of Kenner is proud to list on its Internet Web Site all contracts executed by Mayor Ed Muniz beginning July 1, 2006. A listing of contracts can also be found in the city's official journal, The Times-Picayune.

It is the city's intention that all its citizens and businesses have easy access to information about those entities contracted by the city to perform work on behalf of the public. Every attempt is made to list city contracts on the Web as soon as possible after Mayor Muniz signs them. If you seek more information about a particular contract, please follow the instructions below.

The contracts viewer requires Internet Explorer 6 or greater.

In order to view the contracts, you must first download and install the Papervision client HERE. You MUST close Internet Explorer to correctly install the client.

After the client is installed, please return to this page and click the following link to begin

Contracts

For User Name, enter "contracts"

For Password, enter "contracts"

Click the BLUE search button in the center of the screen to select "Contracts".

Enter search terms and click the search button. Leaving search terms blank will list all records.

Click any field of any result to view document.

The yellow arrow will move to the next document while the white arrow will move to the next page in the current document.

The blue arrows scale the page in different ways to fit your screen. The print icon is used to print the documents. Simply close the viewer window to return to the search screen. You may use the search tab at the top left of the screen to search for a new contract.

Searching hint:

If you are searching for a contract by company name and description, make sure the search type is AND, not OR, or the search will return results that match EITHER criteria. If you are not sure of the exact spelling of a field, use an asterisk (*) before and/or after the search string. For example, searchiing for ABC* will return ABC Lettering Company, ABC Lights, etc. Searching for *ABC* will return ABC Lettering Company, ABC Lights, and 123 ABC Company. Searching for ABC will return ABC only.
