$200 damage deposit refunded 3-4 weeks after event
Use of outside terrace available for $150 per hour
Use of extra meeting room available for $50 flat fee
50% down payment required at time of booking
Tables, chairs and ice provided; does NOT include linens, chafing dishes, WI-FI, etc.
