IV Waste has not given the city nor any contractor permission to remove or handle their cans. We encourage any resident with this encounter to call IV Waste at (504) 224-8471 and request that their can be removed.
The city will only provides one recycling container that is included with curbside collection services. However, alternative options can include utilizing the previously used small green recycling bins for overflow, or you may purchase your own recycling bin. The recycling cart must have “RECYCLING” written on the container. Simply place it next to your Kenner recycling bin on your regular recycling day, which is the 2nd day of your garbage pickup day.
