Rivertown Repertory Theatre

The mission of the Rivertown Repertory Theatre Guild is to provide the highest quality theatrical productions in a season of musicals and plays that foster a high quality of cultural life in the community, maximizing the impact of art for all patrons and fostering an understanding of art's value with future generations through educational endeavors, while providing a cultural outlet for serious artists who desire to further develop their discipline.

Freeport McMoRan Science Complex

Find an exhilarating world of science at your fingertips in a recently renovated facility dedicated to science and space.  Visitors can experience exciting scientific discovery with dynamic hands-on exhibits displaying information regarding weather, electricity, the human body, the solar system and world geography.  The Freeport McMoRan Science Complex strives to make learning fun for everyone.

Kenner Planetarium & MegaDome Cinema

The Kenner Planetarium & Megadome Cinema is Rivertown's hottest attraction! Join us here for an experience that is "out of this world!"

In this entertaining program, vistors will join in a family campfire and learn to identify such familiar constellations as Ursa Major and Ursa Minor, the Greater and Lesser Bears/  They will explore the Big and Little Dippers, and see why Polaris, the North Star, is so very special.  Using stories from Greek Mythology to illustrate the formation of many constellations, Bear Tales is a fun-filled, humorous show that even concludes with a sing-a-long.

Featuring ten-time world surfing champion Kelly Slater, The Ultimate Wave follows a quest to find the perfect wave-riding experience.  Filmed in Tahiti and among the islands of French Polynesia, the film showcases dramatic giant screen surfing action in a unique Pacific paradise.

Party to a mix of today's most popular musical artists in this dazzling display of color and light.  Laser animations bring to life selections from Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, Marron 5, and more.  This show is sure to have you poppin'!

Kenner Space Station

Blast off to fun and excitement in Kenner's Rivertown! Tour the full-size NASA International Space Station prototype where visitors get a first hand look at the daily living and working environment in space.  Dedicated to space travel and technology, the Space Station is one of two in existence today.  Space-related exhibits allow the visitors to explore spin-off technology with a Space Robot, a 4 billion year old Gibeon Meteorite, and a historical timeline of the 20th century.

Kenner Heritage Park

Kenner's colorfil cultural history is celebrated in a replicated village of days gone by. Stroll down beautifully landscaped walkways, pasy buildings such as a turn-of-the-century packing shed, ice house, traditional blacksmith shop, and a 1930's era gas station. The newest additions to the site are a beautiful pond and covered bridge adjacent to the replica of St. Mary's Church, the first church in Kenner.
