    If you selected “Establish new garbage collection service”, you must have an active utility account, including waste collection services, at your Kenner residence or business with the Jefferson Parish Water Department.

    Please upload your receipt or most recent bill from the Jefferson Parish Water Department. This will help to expedite the process.

    In accordance with our collection contract, the City of Kenner requires a police report in order to replace a missing or stolen cart.
