Davis received his MFA in Sculpture from East Carolina University, and has exhibited in five countries. Music inspires much of his work, as he considers himself a composer who creates with shapes instead of sounds. INNER URGE is made of stainless steel and is 9 feet tall, 8 feet wide, 12 feet long, and weighs 3000 pounds.
